FAQ

Quick answers

When do you clear?
Routes dispatch once snowfall accumulation hits the clearing threshold. On storm days we run through the night so driveways are clear before the morning rush. Contract customers get priority on the route.
What's included in a visit?
Every visit includes your full driveway and front walkway. Add-ons like salting, extra paths, and side entrances can be added to any plan when you get your quote.
How much does it cost?
Every property is different — driveway size, walkway length, corner lots. Request a quote with your address and you'll get a fast, firm price. No mid-winter surprises.
Which areas do you cover?
Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge. We keep routes tight and local so service stays fast and reliable — that's also why seasonal spots are limited.
How do I book?
Fill in the quote form below with your address. We'll confirm route availability, send your quote, and once you're in — you're covered for the season.
